Session Replays
Session replays record a visitor's complete navigation — mouse movements, clicks, scrolling and interactions — so you can watch the real user experience like a video.
Requirement: Session replays require Advanced Tracking enabled, and the feature must be enabled in website settings.
Enabling replays
- Go to Websites → click on website settings
- Enable the Session Replays option
- Save — sessions will start being recorded automatically
What you see per recording
- Date, time, country and device
- Total session duration and pages visited
- Play/pause with speed control (0.5x, 1x, 2x)
Privacy
Sensitive fields such as passwords and credit card inputs are automatically masked and never recorded. Elements with the class .sp-no-track are also excluded.
